Shipping Policy

Do We Ship? Yes — Moto365 ships snowbike kits, parts, and accessories across the United States via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Processing Time — Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. Moto365 Standard Shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after processing.

Free Shipping — Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $150 or more. Snowbike kits, track systems, freight shipments, oversized items, and drop-shipped products are excluded unless stated otherwise.
