At Moto365, we stand behind the quality of our snowbike kits, parts, and accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning and refunding products purchased from our online store.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
•The item must be in its original, unused condition
•All original packaging and documentation must be included
•The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification
•For custom builds or special orders, returns are not accepted unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Non-Returnable Items:
•Custom-built snowbike kits (unless defective upon arrival)
•Clearance or final sale items
•Items purchased more than 30 days ago
•Items without a valid proof of purchase
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at dteal210@gmail.com or call 208-413-1897. We will:
1.Assess the damage or defect
2.Provide a replacement item at no cost, or
3.Issue a full refund, at our discretion
Please include photos of the damage and your order number when reporting a defective item.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
1.Contact Us: Email dteal210@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2.Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA)
3.Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided with your RMA
4.Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item within 5-7 business days
5.Refund Processing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 10 business days
Shipping Costs
•Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items
•Refund Shipping: Refund shipping costs are not reimbursable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of item receipt and inspection. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Refund Amount:
•Full refund of the purchase price for eligible returns
•Minus original shipping costs (non-refundable)
•Minus any applicable restocking fees for non-defective items (up to 15%)
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at dteal210@gmail.com. We will work with you to arrange an exchange at no additional cost if the items are of equal value.
Special Orders and Custom Builds
Custom-built snowbike kits and special orders are non-returnable unless:
•The item arrived damaged or defective
•We made an error in fulfilling your order
•The item does not match the specifications you requested
In these cases, we will provide a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
Warranty
All products from Moto365 come with a manufacturer's warranty as provided by the original manufacturer (CMX, Mtn Top, C3, SXS, Mtn Addiction, Trail Tech, ProArmor, Kolpin, RP Race, Dynamic Designs, or X2D). For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us at dteal210@gmail.com for assistance.
