Snowbike Builds, Installation, Maintenance & Repair

From choosing the right motorcycle and conversion kit to installation, seasonal maintenance, repairs and upgrades, Moto365 helps keep your snowbike properly set up and ready to ride.

Every rider, bike and riding area is different. We provide practical recommendations based on years of building, maintaining and riding snowbikes—not a preset package filled with parts you may not need.

Complete Custom Snowbike Builds

Moto365 can handle the entire build process, from helping locate the right motorcycle and choosing a conversion kit to installation, accessories, setup and final inspection.

Each build is tailored around the rider’s experience, terrain, riding style and budget. We can keep it simple and reliable or put together a fully customized machine with performance, comfort and finishing upgrades.

Kit Selection, Fitment & Installation

Already have a bike—or a conversion kit in mind? We can help make sure the pieces work together before you start ordering parts.

The goal is a clean installation that is properly adjusted and ready for the conditions you intend to ride.

Snowbike Maintenance & Seasonal Service

Snowbikes operate in demanding conditions. Snow, moisture, ice, vibration and repeated loading can expose small issues before they become obvious on the trail.

Moto365 can provide preseason, midseason and post-season service to help keep your setup dependable.

A preseason inspection is especially valuable for bikes that have been stored, recently purchased or transferred to a different kit.

Repairs & Troubleshooting

Things occasionally break, loosen, wear out or simply stop working the way they should. Moto365 can help diagnose snowbike problems and determine the most practical repair.

We work directly with our customers and manufacturers to resolve problems

whenever possible. Our involvement does not end when the kit leaves the shop.

Performance, Comfort & Reliability Upgrades

A snowbike does not need every available accessory, but a few carefully chosen upgrades can make a substantial difference in reliability, comfort and performance.

We help prioritize the upgrades that make sense for your bike and riding

instead of recommending parts simply because they are available.

Setup, Adjustments & Ongoing Support

A snowbike may need adjustment after the first few rides, especially following a new installation, kit transfer or major component change.

Where practical, on-snow evaluation or setup support can also help identify issues that may not be obvious in the shop.

The Big Nick

Nick is—well, big. That’s why we call him Big Nick (we’re creative like that). Building his setup took a few extra parts, a sprinkle of engineering magic, and maybe a prayer or two to the SnowBike Gods to handle his extra largeness and his “ride it like you stole it” style.

MUTHAFUKNSNOWDAY

When your average snow day just doesn’t cut it—you need a MUTHAFUKNSNOWDAY.

This build will always hold a special place for me. We’re based out of Idaho, but the owner of this beast lives all the way in Pennsylvania. He found us through social media, looking for a truly unique, high-quality setup. After some solid back-and-forth, we tracked down the right bike and got to work.

The build list is similar to the ones above, but with a few custom touches to make this GasGas really shine—including a fully custom chrome graphic kit that sets it off just right.
