Meet the Teals

Teal family posing beside a red snowbike near a mountain river

We’re a legit family-run operation — like, the kind where everyone argues over who left the lights on. You probably know Darren (he’s hard to miss), but now’s your chance to meet the rest of the crew. You know, the behind-the-scenes heroes... the ones actually doing all the work while Darren takes the credit.

Darren

Landscape Architect by day, snowbike builder by night, and full-time fun-haver on the weekends.

Darren’s been in the snowbike game since before most people even knew what a snowbike was. He started riding back in 2010—long before it was cool—and quickly turned his passion into a side hustle. From 2013 to 2017, he and his good buddy Jerry were slinging Timbersled kits out of Jerry’s garage, wrenching late into the night and helping grow the sport from the grassroots up. That all changed when Polaris stepped in, but Darren didn’t hit the brakes—he kept riding, repping, and pushing the sport forward.

Fast-forward to 2023: Rumors started swirling about a bold new brand entering the scene. Darren didn’t just watch it happen—he jumped in headfirst. That brand? Mtn Top. And just like that, he was back in the game, building complete snowbike packages and selling kits once again.

These days, Darren wears many helmets: rider, builder, innovator, and walking encyclopedia of snowbike knowledge. If there’s a snowbike kit out there, chances are Darren’s installed it—probably more than once. Passionate, experienced, and always ready for the next powder day, he’s a true OG in the snowbike world.

Molly

Banker, shipper, chef, kid chauffeur… Molly wears more hats than a royal wedding. Sent straight from heaven (with a side of caffeine), she’s the real brains behind the operation. If you’ve ever ordered from us and it actually arrived—yeah, you can thank her.

Cayden

Our resident teenager — what more can we say? If the TV's on, he's already there, magically appearing like a moth to a Netflix flame. Snacks vanish, chores mysteriously don’t. It's a gift, really..

Brock

The Resident Pre-Teen (a.k.a. The Real Boss)

Don’t let the age fool you—this kid runs a tight ship. He’s usually found in the shop lending a hand, throwing tools around like a seasoned tech (sometimes literally), and has kit setup down to an absolute science. Seriously, he could probably do it blindfolded… but we don’t let him. Safety first.

He keeps Darren in check, keeps the shop moving forward, and always—always—has a joke locked and loaded. Most of them are PG…ish.

If you’ve ever received a custom graphics kit from us, there’s a good chance he either helped design it or at least gave a strong opinion about your color choices. (He’s not afraid to tell you when your combo is “kinda mid.”)

Rooster

Rooster is our Mini Australian Shepherd and the newest member of the Moto365 family. He is cute, curious and powered by what appears to be an unlimited supply of energy.

His current shop responsibilities include inspecting every delivery, stealing gloves, supervising builds from a dangerously close distance and making sure no one gets through the day without taking at least one puppy break. He is still working on basic job-site etiquette, but his enthusiasm is unmatched.

When he is not causing trouble, Rooster is usually outside looking for his next adventure. We have a feeling he will fit right in around here—snow, dirt bikes, loud equipment and absolutely no interest in sitting still.
