Moto365 Privacy Notice
Effective date: August 26, 2026
Moto365 respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect through moto-365.com, our online store, forms, calls, texts, and social-media messages; why we use it; when we disclose it; and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Information you give us
Depending on how you interact with Moto365, you may give us:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
- Fitment, build, and service information, such as motorcycle and snowbike-kit year, make, model, terrain, riding style, experience, budget, requested parts, symptoms, service history, and other details you include in Contact, Start Your Build, Request Service, Submit Your Bike, or similar forms.
- Submission files, such as a bike or part photo, diagram, part number, or other attachment you send so we can identify a part, check fitment, evaluate a build or service request, or answer a question.

Please do not send sensitive information that we have not asked for.
Payments
The payment provider shown at checkout processes your complete card, bank, wallet, or other payment credentials under its own privacy notice. Moto365 receives the order and limited transaction information needed to accept payment, fulfill the order, issue a refund, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. When saved payment methods are available, the payment provider stores the complete payment details; the store displays only limited details, such as the last four digits of a card.
Payment provider: Squarespace Payments. See the Squarespace Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, Moto365 and its platform, analytics, and advertising providers may automatically receive information such as:
- IP address and approximate location;
- browser, network, device, operating-system, and language information;
- referring page and campaign source;
- pages viewed, searches, clicks, internal links, scrolling, timestamps, transactions, load times, and technical errors; and
- cookie, device, and similar identifiers.
If you arrive through a campaign link, the URL may contain source, channel, campaign, placement, or content codes. We use these codes to understand which marketing led to site visits, inquiries, and orders. Moto365 does not intentionally put names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other direct identifiers in campaign codes.
How we use information
We use information to:
- answer questions and provide fitment, product, build, and service guidance;
- prepare estimates, source parts, schedule or perform work, and provide ongoing support;
- process payments, fulfill and ship orders, manage returns, refunds, warranties, and recalls, and communicate about transactions;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and store;
- detect or prevent fraud, abuse, and security problems;
- measure site and campaign performance and understand which content and channels are useful;
- send marketing email only where permitted and honor opt-outs;
- keep accounting, tax, warranty, and other business records; and
- comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect customers, Moto365, and others.
Moto365 uses customer-submitted photos and files only to evaluate or support the request, service, fitment, or order for which they were submitted. Moto365 does not use customer-submitted photos in marketing or social-media content.
When we disclose information
We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this notice, including to:
- Squarespace, which hosts the website and provides store, checkout, form, analytics, and related functionality. Squarespace processes customer-controlled information for Moto365 and also receives certain site-usage information for its own disclosed purposes, including platform security and integrity. See the Squarespace Privacy Policy.
- The payment provider shown at checkout, which processes payment credentials and transactions under its own privacy notice.
- Shipping carriers, suppliers, manufacturers, and drop-shipping partners, when they need contact, shipping, order, product, fitment, warranty, or service details to fulfill or support your request.
- Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, as described below.
- Business service providers and professional advisers, such as email, bookkeeping, IT, fraud-prevention, insurance, and legal providers, subject to appropriate restrictions where required.
- Government authorities or other parties, when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, prevent harm or fraud, enforce our terms, or protect legal rights.
- A successor or transaction counterparty, if Moto365 is involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
If you call, text, or direct-message Moto365 through a phone carrier or social platform, that provider also processes the communication under its own terms and privacy notice.
Analytics and advertising tools
Squarespace analytics
Squarespace analytics helps Moto365 understand site traffic and activity. The data may include browser, network, device, referring-page, IP-address, page-view, click, internal-link, scrolling, search, and timestamp information. Cookie choices can affect how complete these reports are.
Google Analytics 4
Moto365 uses Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to measure users, sessions, approximate location, browser and device information, and—when enabled—enhanced measurement and ecommerce activity. Squarespace's GA4 integration can send order ID, store name, purchase total including shipping, customer city/region/country, product name, and SKU for received orders. We use this information to understand site and campaign performance; we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other direct identifiers to GA4.
GA4 may set or read identifiers such as the _ga cookie when analytics storage is allowed. Google processes this information under the Google Privacy Policy. Moto365's current GA4 retention settings are 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data.
Meta Pixel
Moto365 uses Meta Pixel to measure activity on the store and understand whether content or marketing led to visits and conversions. Depending on what you do, the Pixel can record events such as viewing a store page, searching, adding a product to the cart, beginning checkout, adding payment information, completing a purchase, signing up, or creating a customer account. Event details can include page or product name, SKU, product type, search terms and results, order subtotal, currency, and item count. A lead or registration event records that the action occurred but does not add the form's contents through Squarespace's standard integration.
Meta may receive information about your device and activity on this site, whether or not you are logged into a Meta account, and process it for measurement, analytics, safety, and advertising services under the Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Cookies Policy. Moto365 may use aggregated Pixel reporting and, if advertising is activated, Meta advertising or audience tools.
Cookies and consent choices
The site uses cookies and similar technologies. Necessary cookies support functions such as security, site navigation, shopping cart, checkout, and customer accounts. Analytics/performance cookies help measure site use. Marketing cookies and pixels help measure marketing and advertising activity.
When you first visit, the cookie banner lets you Accept All, Decline All, or Manage Cookies. Supported non-essential cookies are restricted until you accept them. You can reopen Manage Cookies in the site's footer to change your choice. Your browser or device settings may also let you block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect site functions. Some third-party services use their own controls, so the site's banner may not control every technology in the same way.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
Moto365 does not sell personal information for money, rent customer lists, or provide form or order content to data brokers. Moto365 does disclose limited online activity to Meta through Meta Pixel and to Google through GA4. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to cover certain analytics or advertising disclosures even when no money changes hands.
Where applicable law gives you a right to opt out of those activities, use Manage Cookies or contact Moto365 using the details below. We will process qualifying requests as required by applicable law.
How long we keep information
Moto365 keeps personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including:
- inquiries, build/service submissions, and related communications for as long as needed to respond, provide requested work or support, maintain fitment or warranty context, and handle disputes;
- orders and transaction records for fulfillment, returns, warranties, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, and other legal obligations;
- marketing contact information until you unsubscribe or we no longer need it, while retaining a limited suppression record when needed to honor an opt-out; and
- analytics and advertising information according to Moto365's configured settings and the providers' applicable policies.
We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, unless a law, legal claim, security matter, or required business record calls for longer retention.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can:
- use Manage Cookies to change supported analytics and marketing cookie choices;
- unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message or by contacting us;
- choose not to provide optional information, although we may be unable to answer or fulfill a request without information needed for fitment, payment, shipping, or service; and
- ask Moto365 to access, correct, or delete information about you, or to opt out of certain uses, where applicable law provides that right.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply. Where required, we will accept requests through an authorized agent and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Security
Moto365 uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our tools or practices change or when required by law. We will post the updated notice here and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide any additional notice or choice required by law.
