C3 Bar Sleeves insulate the exposed center sections of a CenterFlow heated handlebar. By reducing unwanted heat transfer from the bar to the surrounding air, they help retain more coolant heat in the system and direct more of the available warmth toward the rider’s hands.

Highlights
Each sleeve uses 5 mm neoprene for insulation. A full-length zipper allows installation around the bar without removing the grips and controls, while indexed zipper pulls are designed to remain tucked away instead of dangling. C3 reports that the reduced exposed surface can help the engine retain additional operating temperature in very cold conditions as well as improve hand heat.
What’s included
The product is supplied as a set of two sleeves for one compatible CenterFlow handlebar. Heated bars, coolant plumbing, controls, and handguards are not included with this sleeve set.
Fitment and use
These sleeves are purpose-built for C3 CenterFlow heated handlebars. They are not designed to work with handguard mounts that clamp to the tapered handlebar area occupied by the sleeves. Wrap and zip each sleeve in its intended position, keep the zipper and material clear of cables and controls, and confirm full steering and lever movement. Do not use the sleeves as tie-down points or allow straps to crush or abrade them. Inspect both pieces periodically for shifting, cuts, heat damage, or interference with nearby hardware.
