Product details
These C3 braided 1/4-inch lines are replacement or customization tubing for CenterFlow heated-handlebar coolant circuits. They use the same push-to-connect format as the standard C3 plumbing and can be cut to suit the routing on a compatible installation.
Manufacturer: C3 Powersports
Why it matters
Coolant lines in a snowbike cockpit must tolerate repeated steering movement while remaining protected from abrasion and kinking. The braided outer construction provides a durable service line and lets a rider replace worn tubing or choose an offered accent color without changing the underlying heated-bar system.
What’s included
The product is sold as a pair of braided 1/4-inch tubing lengths. Black is the standard color supplied with C3 heated-bar kits; other colors are optional replacements where offered. Push-to-connect fittings, valves, thermostat components, and handlebars are not described as part of this line-only package.
Fitment and installation
The pair fits C3 CenterFlow applications that use 1/4-inch push-to-connect tubing. Confirm line diameter and fitting style on the existing system before ordering, and use the exact color or configuration currently offered above. Cut each line square with a suitable tubing cutter, deburr the end, and insert it fully without damaging the fitting’s internal seal. Route both lines with enough slack for full steering movement but away from exhaust heat, sharp edges, pinch points, and control interference. After installation, refill or top up the cooling system as required, inspect every connection under operating temperature, and recheck for seepage after the first ride.
