These C3 machined bushings replace the lower aluminum threaded supports that secure the handlebar clamps or risers beneath the top triple clamp on supported KTM and Husqvarna race-bike applications. They retain the original mounting concept while adding material in the areas C3 identified as common wear or failure points.

Why it matters
Bar risers increase leverage at the clamp-to-triple-clamp joint, and the original aluminum support can wear or fail over time. C3 increased material at the flange and hex and describes the replacement as up to 60 percent stronger than the OEM part. The pieces can be used with the original rubber anti-vibration cones or C3 rigid inserts.
Replacement reference
The supplier identifies these as replacements for KTM part 79001037034, HANDLEBAR SUPPORT LOWER PART, which is also used on corresponding Husqvarna applications. GasGas triple clamps do not use this part.

Fitment is limited to the supported KTM and Husqvarna configurations shown by the live selector. Do not use a broad model-year statement in place of that selection, because clamp designs changed across generations and editions. During installation, inspect the mating clamp, bolts, cones, and triple clamp for damage, assemble in the original orientation, and torque all handlebar-mount fasteners to the motorcycle or component manufacturer’s specification.
