C3 Silicone Hose Kits replace the motorcycle’s original molded coolant hoses on the supported application. They provide a fresh set of model-shaped silicone hoses and an offered color change while retaining the stock cooling-system layout.

What this kit is for
These are direct replacements for the OEM hose routing. They are suitable for a stock-style, non-thermostat cooling system or for replacing original rubber hoses that were previously cut or altered during another installation. Silicone construction does not change the need for correct routing, clamping, and cooling-system service.
Important distinction
This kit is not the same as the modified hose package supplied with a C3 thermostat kit. C3 thermostat plumbing can use specially changed hose sections and molded NPT bypass connections that are not part of a standard OEM-replacement set. If replacement parts are needed for an existing C3 thermostat installation, contact Moto365 with clear photos and the thermostat information instead of assuming this hose kit is interchangeable.
Fitment and installation
Select the exact motorcycle and color option offered above; hose shapes vary by engine and model year. Compare every new segment with the removed hose before installation. Work only on a cold, depressurized system, transfer any required clamps or fittings in their original orientation, and route the hoses away from exhaust heat, sharp edges, and moving parts. Replace damaged clamps rather than reusing them. Refill with the coolant specified by the motorcycle manufacturer, bleed trapped air, inspect all joints at operating temperature, and recheck the level and clamp security after the first ride.
