This C3 installation kit combines a purpose-built tubing tool with the small consumables used while assembling C3 thermostat and CenterFlow heated-handlebar plumbing. It is intended to make clean cuts, properly prepared tube ends, and push-to-connect fitting service easier at the workbench or in a shop kit.

Why it matters
Push-to-connect systems seal best when tubing is cut square, deburred, and inserted without damaging the internal O-rings. The compact five-function tool can cut tubing, deburr or chamfer the edge, grip the fitting collar, set the collar, and release the connection for service.
What’s included
The package includes the multifunction tubing tool, thread sealant suitable for the TTO temperature probe and other applicable NPT fittings, O-ring assembly grease for thermostat seals and push-to-connect fittings, and a C3 decal. The grease is used sparingly on the tubing end and seals during assembly.
Ordering and use notes
This is an installation-tool and consumables package; it is not a thermostat, heated handlebar, or replacement plumbing kit. Current C3 thermostat and heated-bar kits already include this assembly kit, so a separate purchase is generally only needed as a replacement or a shop spare. Follow the installation instructions supplied with the main C3 product, use sealant only where specified, and keep grease away from surfaces that must remain dry or clean.
