The C3 Tunnel Cooler Hose Kit supplies the long silicone hose runs used to connect a tunnel-mounted heat exchanger. It is designed around the routing C3 uses for YETI tunnel-cooler installations and can also serve as a starting point for an appropriate custom cooling project.

Why it matters
Tunnel coolers are mounted farther from the motorcycle engine than the stock radiators, so the plumbing needs sufficient length, a useful formed bend, and material suitable for an engine-coolant circuit. These preselected sections reduce the need to source and match the two main hose runs separately.
What’s included
The kit contains two black silicone hose segments. Each hose is 38 inches long, has a 110-degree formed bend, and uses a 16 mm inside diameter. Two stainless-steel hose clamps are also included. The tunnel cooler, adapters, additional fittings, coolant, and model-specific mounting hardware are not described as part of this hose-only package.
Fitment and installation
This is plumbing hardware, not a complete universal tunnel-cooler installation. Confirm hose diameter, routing, bend orientation, connection type, and clearance on the actual machine before cutting or installing. Keep hoses away from the exhaust, track, drive components, steering movement, and sharp chassis edges; support long runs so they cannot chafe or kink. Use the exact product configuration offered above as the ordering reference. After assembly, refill and bleed the cooling system according to the motorcycle manufacturer’s procedure, pressure-check every connection, and recheck clamps and coolant level after the first full heat cycle.
